About the role
This is a key position in the hotel.

Reservations are the first contact with our guests and partners, and therefore one of the most important parts of our business.

You will also be responsible for back office operations, helping to keep the hotel running smoothly and efficiently.

This is not a typical 9-5 job. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to take responsibility, and ready to work under pressure when needed.

Your responsibilities

Reservations & Client Communication

  • Handling reservations and client communication
  • Managing hotel availability
  • Communication with partners and tour operators

Back Office & Administration

  • Invoices, payments, and salary processing
  • Database and system updates
  • Email and phone communication
  • Purchasing and supplier coordination

Operations Support

  • Website updates
  • Employee attendance monitoring
  • Other ad hoc operational tasks

What we expect

  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and sense for organization
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Responsibility and ownership mindset
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Stress resistance and reliability

Advantage (not mandatory)

  • Experience in reservations or hospitality
  • Experience in tourism or hotel operations
  • Experience with PMS systems (e.g. HotelTime)
  • Experience working abroad or in Africa
