Job description:

You will be right hand person of Executive chef who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and delivery of high quality meal.

  • ⁠Food preparation and plating dishes
  • TO Draft the cleaning schedule and fridge temperature reading
  • ⁠Stuff supervision
  • ⁠Menu planning
  • Inventory
  • ⁠Administrative task
  • Control and guide staff canteen General operation
  • To report any maintenance to Maintenance department
  • To attend Management briefing if your require to do so
  • To train junior staff and to support them
  • To present live cooking as to entertained the guest

What is needed for this position:

  • Culinary skill (college education)
  • Knowledge of food safety and general hygiene
  • ⁠Computer knowledge, Microsoft Excel, Word
  • English and Swahili fluent speaking
  • Knowledge of A-la-carte menu service and table D’ Hote menu service
