About the role

This is one of the most important roles in the hotel.

You are responsible for the overall guest experience — from arrival to departure.

You will welcome guests, introduce them to the resort, and guide them throughout their stay. Your role is to naturally build relationships, understand each guest’s needs (including unspoken ones), and create moments that exceed expectations.

You will coordinate closely with other departments (F&B, Reception, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.

This is not a typical 9-5 job. Your day starts in the morning and often continues into the evening, when guests are most engaged. We are looking for someone who enjoys spending time with people, is emotionally intelligent, and can stay professional even under pressure

Your responsibilities

Guest Experience & Communication

  • Welcoming guests and introducing them to the resort
  • Daily interaction with guests in a natural and professional way
  • Understanding guest needs, mood, and level of satisfaction
  • Creating personalized experiences and memorable moments

Coordination & Operations

  • Communicating guest needs across departments
  • Initiating and coordinating actions to improve guest experience
  • Working closely with a local team member supporting guest communication
  • Sharing important guest information with relevant departments

Reporting & Team Collaboration

  • Reporting guest feedback and status to hotel management
  • Cooperating with other Guest Relation Managers
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of service standards.

What we expect

  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker
  • Genuine interest in guest satisfaction and hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to “read” people
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactivity
  • Organizational skills and reliability
  • Positive energy, empathy, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work long hours and under pressure

Advantage (not mandatory)

  • Experience in hospitality or tourism
  • Experience working abroad
  • Experience in luxury service environment
  • Experience with African environment
